Standard Free Postage

Please place your order before December 10th for Standard Free Postage to guarantee before Christmas delivery.

Express Postage

Please place your order before December 14th for Express Postage to guarantee before Christmas delivery.

As Christmas is around the corner & AusPost will ship millions of parcels, we advise you place your orders early as possible to ensure you can receive in time for Christmas.

 

SneakerUp Shipping Policy

SneakerUp is based in Brisbane, AUS.

Choose between Standard Free Postage (2-5 Business Days) & Express Postage (1-3 Business Days)

We require 1-3 Business Days in most circumstances for order processing, as we aim to get every single order out within 1-3 Business Days we may require up to 6 Business Days to process your order in the rare circumstance. If Express Postage is chosen and your order does not arrive in the specified time frame please contact us for a shipping refund. (Please Note this refund policy is void for those living in WA, NT and rural areas)

 

Once your order has been dispatched from one of our warehouses located in QLD, NSW & VIC, you will receive a tracking notification in your email (please check your spam/junk). This tracking notification will be with either AusPost or CouriersPlease depending on the fastest option.

 

All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. If you are unable to to sign for your parcel, it will be available for pickup at your local Postal Office / Pickup point provided by the Postal Company (AusPost or CouriersPlease). You may request Authority To Leave however you assume all responsibility for ATL (Authority to leave)
