Refund policy


SneakerUp has a strict no-refund policy on all products that are sold. There are a few exceptions to this policy where a refund will be accepted which include the following:

  • If the product received by the customer is different to the product described on the website. The customer must provide evidence to support the claim. You must return the product within 14 days of receiving the product.

A refund will NOT be accepted if:

  • The wrong size was purchased - please double check your size using our 'Size Guide' page to avoid this problem. There are some exceptions to size exchanging, depending on if the stock is available and other circumstances however we unfortunately can not accept exchanges most of the time.
  • The item is no longer wanted - if you no longer wish to keep your item we unfortunately can not accept a return.
  • Item(s) are no longer in Brand New state of condition after delivery.
  • Item(s) have sign of dirt, wear & tear / being worn.
  • Item(s) do not have the original packaging including box, tags and laces.
  • Item(s) present an odour
