Are my items authentic?
Yes, all sneakers, clothing, jewellery, headwear and so on that we sell are 100% Guaranteed Authentic and are verified by our authentication team.
Are my items brand new?
Yes, all items are brand new with their original box/packaging.
Do the items have damaged boxes?
Rarely, the shoe box or packaging may have very minor damage. If so, it will be noted in the product description.
I want a pair of sneakers/item you don't have listed, can I get it sourced?
Yes, feel free to Contact Us for sourcing.
If we are able to locate a pair and get it sourced for you, we will let you know!
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping & order processing take?
All orders are shipped with AusPost via Express Postage in secure, safe boxes.
Tracking is provided with all orders.
We require 1-2 Business Days in most circumstances for order processing. However it may rarely take up to 9 Business Days depending on our stock allocation.
Shipment Delivery times are estimated to be between typically 1-6 Business Days after the order has been processed.

Can I cancel or return my item?
We have a No-Refund policy, please pick your sneaker & size carefully. Orders may only be refunded if the item condition differs to the description.
